Order Fulfillment

**Order Confirmation**

- When your order is placed, we will send an email confirmation. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted unless the wait time exceeds the estimated delivery period based on updates from the manufacturers.

**Delivery Times**

- All parts ordered are sourced directly from manufacturers in Japan. As a result, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to receive your order. Excluding weekends and holidays.

- In some cases, delivery times may extend beyond this period due to logistical delays on our suppliers delivery schedules. Please take into account carrier delivery delays via FedEx, UPS, and Usps.

**Order In Progress**

- Each order is sent to the original manufacturers in Japan, such as Honda, to be produced brand new to ensure the highest quality possible. However some items may be in stock ready for delivery.

- Occasionally, an item ordered may be discontinued by the manufacturer after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will promptly issue a full refund noting why or the option to alternative part.

**Discontinued Parts**

- In addition to current OEM parts, we have partnered with manufacturing companies to create discontinued parts. These items typically take the same 7 to 10 business days for us to receive, though delays may occur due to production and logistical factors. We are constantly researching and developing ways to bring back discontinued items.

**Returns and Refunds Policy**

- Refunds are accepted if the wait time exceeds the estimated delivery period based on updates from the manufacturers, the item you receive arrives damaged or the product is discontinued. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we are informed by the manufacturers through email only.

- Returns are accepted if you received a incorrect item, or you’re not entirely satisfied with the product. We will issue you a return label and refund promptly.
